All packages include the same services with the difference being the total length of workable hours each month.

Your books are in good hands. Fictional Heroes PR can manage the uploading process for Amazon, Draft2Digital, Apple, Ingram Spark, BookVault and more!
Website Dev/Management
A website is imperative to your publishing business. Website development and management are included in Personal Assistant services.
Email Marketing Management
Tired of spending countless hours developing your newsletter? Need automation and landing pages developed or optimized? Fictional Heroes PR has experience in various email marketing services.
Graphic Design
Covers, Banners, Promo Materials-digital and printable-it's all included in your retainer!
Interior Formatting
Let's make your book shine with custom formatting! Ebook, paperback, and hardback formatting are included with Vellum or InDesign.
Calendar Management
Fictional Heroes will manage your calendar and send you friendly reminders for any upcoming events.
FIle Management
Fictional Heroes creates a shared Google Drive folder for every client so files never go missing in action in cyberspace. Your files will always be update-to-date and secure.
Promo Management
Fictional Heroes can manage, or assist, with book promotions! Cover Reveals, Release Blitz, Sales, Freebies, and even the scheduling of third-party ads.
PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICY
Author management services are offered on a retainer fee basis, and a three-month service contract is required. Invoices are delivered via Paypal on the 29th of each month and due on the 1st of each month. Invoices unpaid after the 1st of the month will incur a $25 LATE FEE.
Hours do not roll over from month to month.
Services provided on an hourly basis are $30 p/h.
Payment methods accepted: Paypal, Zelle, Venmo.
Clients wishing to terminate services are required to give a thirty-day notice.
Fictional Heroes PR reserves the right to terminate all client services at any time for any reason.
All services are nonrefundable.
